4th Düsseldorf Running Night: Grab your race number!
​Want to challenge yourself and test your fitness on the track? On Friday, July 31, the 4th Düsseldorf Running Night will take place at Sportpark Niederheid—and you can be there.
​It doesn’t matter if you run for a club, are part of a running group, or come from a completely different sport: what counts here is the joy of running.

Here’swhat awaits you on the track:

• ​Your distance: Choose from 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, 800 m, 1,500 m, or 5,000 m.
• ​Fair competition: Races are grouped based on the times you submit. So you’ll be running with people who match your pace.
• ​Great atmosphere: Music from a DJ, spectators right by the track, and after the race, cold drinks, cake, or grilled food (including vegan options).
