Three talks—ranging from the quirky to the scientific

NerdNite is the perfect event for anyone looking for entertaining and fascinating knowledge in a relaxed atmosphere! In over 100 cities worldwide, including Hamburg, self-proclaimed nerds present their favorite topics in three 15- to 20-minute talks—ranging from the quirky to the scientific. Past NerdNites have covered topics like VHS tapes, worm boxes, and the cultural history of drugs. Which topics will be presented this evening remains a surprise, but one thing is certain: there’s something for everyone!

After each talk, you’ll have the chance to ask questions—either by raising your hand or online. Or you can just sit back, listen, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere with yourfriends or coworkers.

Our venue is the Taugenichts Bar in Altona (near the Holstenstraße S-Bahn station)!
Doors open at 7 p.m., the event starts at 8 p.m., and ends at 10 p.m.—but the bar stays open afterward. Feel free to stick around for a drink and chat with other guests or the presenters.
