Spider Murphy Gang show that rock music has no age. With hits such as "Skandal im Sperrbezirk" and "Schickeria", they stormed the charts years ago.

With their Bavarian dialect, the Munich band have been singing their way into the hearts of their fans since the 80s - and with great success! Whether small halls or large arena shows, the Spider Murphy Gang can do it all.

Founded in 1977, they first performed as a house band every Sunday in Schwabing's "Memoland". After a self-produced record and the resulting attention from radio and television presenter Georg Kostya, they made their breakthrough. This was followed by their first record deal and their first tour in 1980. A lot has happened since then - the band's 40th anniversary was celebrated in 2017 at the Olypiahalle, selling out twice, they released two gold albums, "Skandal im Sperrbezirk" became a triple number one hit and they were even called "Covered Berry" by Chuck Berry, along with names like the Beatles or Rolling Stones, and were recognized as representatives of rock'n'roll.
