Atmospheric classical music under the open sky: This September, the long-established family-owned company Haniel, the Deutsche Oper am Rhein, and Kulturbetriebe Duisburg, together with the Duisburg Philharmonic, invite you to the major concert event “free and outdoors”! Against the magnificent backdrop in front of the Theater Duisburg, you’ll experience soloists from the ensemble, the opera chorus, and the Duisburg Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of their new General Music Director, Stefan Blunier. Special guest Koray Berat Sari, Community Music Artist with the Duisburg Philharmonic, will create a special concert moment showcasing the colorful and vibrant diversity of Duisburg’s voices with his composition for the “Marxloh Music Circus” project.
