An event with Hannah Birkner
Do you want to get out into nature and do something for yourself and your health? In view of the climate catastrophe, are you looking for a way to make space for your inner change so that you can also live in a climate-friendly way on the outside?
Peace, good air, soft light, greenery, birdsong, the smell of wood, moss and soil. Discover nature as a place of small wonders and great beauty, a place to recharge your batteries and come home to yourself.
With mindfulness, we can step out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a moment, observe our own sensations benevolently and develop a new openness to life in and around us. In addition, nature provides us with health-promoting conditions that strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure and stress hormone levels and allow us to calm down.
What do we do? We slowly walk a distance of 2-3 km, doing simple movement, awareness and mindfulness exercises in between and observing nature. Duration 2-3 hours.
Who is it for? For anyone who would like to (re)connect with nature and themselves, no previous experience required.
Where? We start at the Giesinger Waldhaus / Säbener Platz and go out into nature from there.
