In this course, we’ll dive into the traditional pasta culture of southern Italy together. You’ll learn how a simple dough can be transformed into beautiful, hand-shaped pasta with the right technique and a little practice. Together, we’ll prepare various regional specialties such as orecchiette, cavatelli, busiate, and lorighittas, while learning more about their origins, history, and the people who have preserved these traditions for generations.

Of course, it doesn’t stop at shaping the pasta. Together, we’ll prepare a matching sauce, cook our pasta fresh, and then enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere with a glass of Italian wine or non-alcoholic beverages.
