In Berlin's former problem district of Neukölln, welfare queen Edith Schröder and her two best friends, neighborhood slut Brigitte Wuttke and pub landlady Jutta Hartmann, are world-famous. But since their neighborhood has been gentrified into a lifestyle hotspot by hipsters from all over the world, things aren't going so well for the three beauties.

Jutta in particular is fed up, because her cola and brandy mix drink Futschi is out and soy lattes are in, and she is increasingly losing customers at the bar. So she decides to turn her back on Berlin and export her pub to St. Pauli - where people at least still want schnapps and filter coffee for breakfast.

When Edith and Biggy want to get their friend back and travel after her, Jutta quickly enlists them. After all, Edith is always up for a raucous show number and Biggy for a quick number in the men's room - never a mistake on the Reeperbahn! But the three of them didn't count on the health department and the ladies are soon in trouble ...
