In the organizer's words:
A special, eagerly awaited highlight of the Advent season for many is the traditional Christmas carol evening of the Dresden Kreuzchor, when the clear voices of the Crucians lovingly perform an exquisite selection of well-known but also rarely heard Christmas carols and sing some of them together with the audience. The emotional concert evening in the Kreuzkirche, lit by Christmas trees and candles, is complemented by classical choral works from the Christmas season and festive sounds from the instrumental ensemble.
