After-Work-Zumba

Turn the end of your workday into your workout time, right in the middle of the Neuss State Garden Show!

Together with AOK Rheinland/Hamburg, GRÜNES HERZ NEUSS e.V., and Zumba instructor Kevin Sczakiel, a free after-work Zumba workout under the open sky awaits you. Look forward to upbeat music, a great atmosphere, and lots of fun getting active—whether it’s your first time or you’re already a Zumba pro. 🪩💃🏼

📍The workout will take place on the grounds of the Landesgartenschau Neuss. If the weather is good, we’ll dance on the lawn behind the Sporthain (near the volleyball court). If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the workout will unfortunately have to be canceled. We’ll post an update on the Landesgartenschau website on the day of the event.

👉🏼 Participation in the Zumba class is free. The only requirement is a valid ticket for the Landesgartenschau. 

Here’s a handy tip: With the “Feierabend” ticket for 5 euros, you get access to the grounds starting at 5:00 p.m. and can join the Zumba class right after.

Feel free to wear comfortable workout clothes and bring something to drink.
