Akrobatik - Outside Edition

Wheel, handstand, bridge, arch walk, or somersault… Acrobatics is a form of movement that blends circus arts, gymnastics, strength training, and fitness—a mix of balance, strength exercises, stretching, and fun.

On Tuesday, August 25, Laura & Laura will be hosting a special outdoor edition of their acrobatics class. We’ll meet at 7 p.m. in the Lower Luisenpark.

Please bring plenty of water, workout clothes, freshly washed feet and hands, and, if needed, a towel to lie on or wipe sweat with.

Private event: Participation in the sessions during the summer break in August is at your own risk. The QZM e.V. association assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage. Remember to bring sunscreen and plenty of water!
