Aktionstag & Mitradelaktion der MUT-TOUR 2025 - Gemeinsam gegen Depressionen

Every year, the non-profit organization Mut fördern e.V. organizes the big MUT-TOUR, a Germany-wide tandem tour to raise awareness about and destigmatize mental illness.

On Friday, 04.07.2025, from approx. 11:00 a.m., the MUT-TOUR team will be guests at the Ufercafé, Auf dem Wehr 1a in Marburg. The Bündnis gegen Depressionen Marburg-Biedenkopf will welcome the tandem team there with refreshments and snacks.

We look forward to welcoming many interested people. The Ufercafé will provide an opportunity to discuss the topic of mental health and depression. The participants are looking forward to interesting discussions and will also be happy to provide information about the MUT-TOUR project. There will also be an information stand from the Marburg-Biedenkopf Alliance against Depression , with help and advice options in the Marburg-Biedenkopf district.

The MUT-TOUR tandem team will be on site until around 12:30 pm.

From 12:30 p.m., a ride to the Seepark in Niederweimar is planned. Anyone who would like to can join the tour on their own bike for a few kilometers and accompany the tandem team.

Participation in the ride is free of charge and possible without registration. We look forward to the exchange and a great ride!
