How do you read a castle? A discovery tour with paper and pen?

On this special tour, you will explore the architecture of Benrath Palace in a different way - with a pen in your hand. Step by step, you will draw the individual rooms that make the floor plan so special - without any artistic pretensions. The focus is on close observation: The floor plan reveals a lot about how people lived and worked here 250 years ago. Which paths did the servants take? How do hierarchies become visible? Here, the architecture tells a story or stories. Let yourself in for a new perspective - and take your spatial traces home with you as a personal memory.

No drawing skills are necessary, for everyone aged 16 and over.
