It's not only the new owners who want to drive Zoey out of her small old apartment in Morris Street, but also, more recently, ghosts from the 19th century who are making music. Her deaf neighbor Trisha is much less bothered by them than by the techno bass from Zoey's music system, with which she tries to drive the ghosts away at night. A chilling opera in German spoken and sign language.
