About Tam
Tam Tran Thi knows the life between Excel spreadsheets and hip circles. The balance between structure and flow, mind and body.
Growing up in a strict Vietnamese home and later working as an industrial engineer in a strongly male-dominated environment, she was a master at functioning for a long time. Until she decided to feel herself again - and not just perform.
Today, she combines coaching, mentoring, NLP and body-oriented trauma healing into an approach that goes deep and feels light. Her spaces are clearly guided and at the same time sensual, transformative, always with a pinch of humor - often the moment that changes more than several podcasts :)
