Anger out, paint on it, F*ck Patriarchy

Together with Lena, give your anger an upgrade: think out loud, feel wild, paint hard as nails. Create your own Angry Art Piece with acrylic on canvas. No cuddle course, no pedagogy seminar. Just you, your anger and lots of paint.

Patriarchy, comments, catcalls, role models - the list is long. And yes: it makes you angry. Really angry. At ANGRY WOMEN, we don't pretend that this is "half as bad". We take this anger seriously - and turn it into art.

In 2.5 hours, Lena transforms the room into a mixture of painting studio, safe space and rage party. A maximum of 10 FLINTA* come together to:
- Feel anger instead of swallowing it
- share it loudly or quietly
- and to slam it directly onto the canvas with acrylic paints

After a short check-in and an introduction by Lena, it's straight down to business:
What are you passionate about? What annoys you? What makes you really angry? No long theory, no lectures - rather: an honest reality check, a few crisp impulses and then off to the paint.

You create your own anger artwork on canvas:
Abstract vulva, flaming statements, pure explosion of color or anything in between. Everything is allowed. You decide how loud your painting will be. Lena is at your side, giving you creative tips and motivating you to paint big, wild and free.

Sound on, filter off: we celebrate anger as a source of strength.
Instead of "don't be so emotional", the motto here is:
More emotion, more color, more F*ck Patriarchy.

What you can expect:

For all FLINTA*. No previous art experience is necessary.

Bring along:
You, clothes that can withstand paint splashes and your anger. Lena will take care of the rest.
