Another Long Run

Hello, everyone,

The Sunday Running Club grew out of our group and has always been something that comes from us and is brought to life by us.

You’ve been running with us for almost two years now, and you’ve grown as runners too.

Sunday is our day for the long run, and we often go for a faster, longer run before the SRC.

We thought, why not include those who want to join us as well?

IMPORTANT:
Unlike with the Sunday Running Club, the following applies here: Please check your pace.
If a 5:00–5:15 pace over 15 km doesn’t seem feasible or sounds too ambitious, work toward it, and we’ll be happy to welcome you here soon.

If you need nutrition: we can provide you with FREE CARBS, GELS, & ELECTROLYTES from MNSTRY beforehand. Please also bring along anything else you might need.

We hope to welcome more and more of you and look forward to running alongside those of you who are training for this starting now.

The Long Run will take place regularly from now on and will be announced here as well.

The same rules still apply. Be nice to each other, look out for one another, and have fun.

Meeting point: Another Cotton Lab Store, Bastionstraße 10, 40213 Düsseldorf

7:25 a.m. Meet
7:30 a.m. Start
Route: 15 km
Pace: 5:00–5:15 min/km

8:55 Arrival at the store, followed by a relaxed 10 km at 6:30 min/km

10:15 As always, drinks and coffee at our store.
