While Düsseldorf gets loud outside, we create a quiet counter-space inside.
This painting course is for everyone who doesn't celebrate carnival - but still wants to get out.
For everyone who needs distance, quiet music, slow movements and time to breathe deeply.

The focus is on self-love and mindfulness.
We dedicate ourselves to the theme of "The inner garden " - a place that belongs only to you.
A space of tranquillity where everything that is currently there is allowed to grow.

Using colors and - if you like - putty, we will create inner flowers.
Not perfect, not planned.
But honest, tangible and alive.

You don't have to be able to do anything.
You don't have to portray anything.
You can just be.

No fuss.
No masks.
No carnival.

Just a quiet retreat away from the confetti and noise -
a moment to arrive, recharge and blossom.
