In the organizer's words:
Join Arash Sobhani, founder of the band Kiosk, for a special evening of Iranian and global music! At this concert in Düsseldorf, Arash will perform some songs from his new album DOOD ("Smoke") as well as selected earlier pieces live - free, vibrant and unpredictable music that reflects the cosmopolitan spirit of New York.
During the performance, musicians from different countries will bring the pieces to life with different styles, including classical jazz and Iranian melodies. The arrangements are modern and open and offer room for improvisation.
