Salvation Bookings and the AREAL present:

Contention are a straight edge hardcore band from Tampa, Florida, founded in 2019, who have quickly become one of the most interesting bands on the scene. Their sound is strongly influenced by the legendary H8000 sound and Italian edgemetal bands of the late 90s and early 2000s such as Reprisal, Length of Time or Arkangel. EUROCORE, BABY!

Their 2019 promo already made it clear where the journey was heading. Their 2021 EP "Laying Waste to the Kingdom of Oblivion" cemented their aggressive, metal-influenced hardcore sound. Their debut album "Artillery From Heaven", released in May 2024 via DAZE RECORDS, was one of the best hardcore releases of the year.

Clique see themselves less as a classic band and more as a platform for radical discourse within the hardcore scene. Founded in California in 2022 - with members from the Bay Area and Los Angeles - the group deliberately operates anonymously and prioritizes the collective message over individual attention.

With an uncompromisingly intense live show, ignorant riffs with heavy mosh parts and a clear political orientation, they quickly made a name for themselves. The compilation LP "In Lives That Won't Last", which bundles their three EPs "Looters in Paradise", "A Worldwide Clique" and "Communique", was released via Closed Casket Activities and made their material available on vinyl for the first time. Previously, the releases circulated as self-distributed tapes and via Criminalized from the San Fernando Valley.

They have already shared the stage with bands such as The Body, World Peace, Candy and their label mates Full of Hell and Harm's Way.

Negative Frame hail from the depths of London and are among the true rockers of the scene. Their sound combines the raw heaviness of UK hardcore with a dark, emotional melody reminiscent of the early 2000s.

The band stands for an uncompromising, very tight sound and has earned its reputation through tireless DIY touring - always committed to honest grind!

After their formation in 2017 and various EPs and singles, their debut album "Break the Ice" is eagerly awaited. Now Negative Frame are ready to deliver - with an intense mix of hardcore and extreme metal that will blow you away in front of the stage!

Prison of Hope from Stuttgart deliver massive, metallic hardcore in the spirit of the 90s - with brutal vocals and angry lyrics. In terms of content, they deal with topics such as animal and human liberation, feminism and atheism.
Their latest release "QUESTION YOUR PRIVILEGES" was released on vinyl via the DIY labels Choke Records from Denmark and Drastic Actions.
When you see them live, you get exactly what hardcore should be: intense, honest and performed with full conviction - no more, but definitely no less.

Wrath of Insurrection from Stuttgart is a new band from the local scene who have set themselves the task of making the battered term metalcore recognizable again for what it actually stands for: Slayer riffs and blast beats played by people from the hardcore scene. The band's sound is close to 90s bands like All Out War or Day of Suffering adapted to today's standards. In the last few months, an expectant tension has developed around the band, generated by their brute, dark sound at their live shows (they have played with scene bands such as Sorcerer or Faced Out). They are working on their demo, which is due to be released this year.

xSACRIFICEx is a new metalcore band based in Cologne consisting of five young people who come from the hardcore scene. The sound is influenced by early metalcore, oldschool melodic death metal and new metalcore for fans of Balmora. Apart from that, straight edge is one of the most important aspects for xSACRIFICEx. This is for the real ones out there, this is 100% edge, this is 100% mosh!
