Info evening: Is Antifa a criminal organization?
Next year, a total of 13 anti-fascists will stand trial in Düsseldorf and Dresden. They are accused of attacking neo-Nazis: On participants in a march, some of whom were dressed in SS uniforms and walked through Budapest, or on a Nazi pub whose guests, including the landlord, propagated the murder of dissidents with their group Knockout 51 and the Atomwaffendivision.
However, the proceedings are not only about the attacks against neo-Nazis, but the state is also concerned with the accusation of forming a criminal organization, Section 129 and the associated demand for high prison sentences.
We will report on the proceedings in Dresden so far, the situation of the prisoners, the experiences of comrades and friends and the possibilities of solidarity.
Let's make up our own minds - let's not leave it to the federal prosecutor's office and the investigating authorities to decide which form of anti-fascism is legitimate.
