Pause and recognize what your heart is burning for!

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we often lose sight of what we really want. We function, think, plan - and overlook our own goals, wishes and dreams.

In this workshop, we paint with acrylic paints on canvas. Through painting, we discover our visions, bring clarity to our goals and give ourselves a moment to consciously create our own paths.

A protected space in which you feel supported. We paint together, reflect, support each other and let visions become visible.

You don't need any previous knowledge. Just you, a little curiosity - and the willingness to meet yourself lovingly.

This workshop is not a classic painting course. The focus here is not on the result, but on your personal process. In a calm, mindful atmosphere, you can try things out, let go and give space to what is alive within you.

The program is inspired by art therapy methods - but it is not a therapeutic setting. It is about self-awareness, creative connection and real moments.
