Lynn Hershman portrays protagonists of feminist art since the 1960s. Taking US anti-war and civil rights protests as her starting point, she examines their influence on art and culture since the 1970s and talks to female artists, curators and historians.
Among others with Judy Chicago, Suzanne Lacy, Luca Lippard, Yvonne Rainer, Martha Rosler, Carolee Schneeman - and the Guerrilla Girls.
