Is Zumba dance or exercise? The answer is: both. Simple, short choreographies set to salsa, reggae, samba, and merengue beats aren’t just a lot of fun—they also give your whole body a workout. Halima El Kassimi and Saskia Sunten will get everyone moving. Let’s go! Prior experience is helpful.
