Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese movement art—a combination of breathing, movement, and meditation exercises. It is ideal for people of all ages to enhance flexibility, serenity, and vitality. Relaxation instructor Simone Heinrichsen invites you to join in and give it a try outdoors.
No prior experience is required.
