Ausstellung - Sasha Koura - images texts signs

With images texts signs, Galeriehaus Nord is creating a site-specific installation that combines visual art and literature. The artist Sasha Koura (born in London, lives and works in Baden-Baden) deals with memory, transition and living on. In an ongoing process of design and creation, papers, images and fragments from books of various origins are collected, dismantled, modified and presented. The resulting objects are given a new form of expression - between familiarity and alienation, transience and sustainability, value and worthlessness.
