Racism manifests itself in various ways in everyday educational practice—in language, materials, expectations, or institutional structures. This workshop is aimed at (social) educators who have experienced racism themselves. The event provides a space for reflection, sharing experiences, and mutual support. Together, participants will explore which individual and collective strategies for action are possible in a professional context. The focus is on empowerment, networking, and building confidence in taking action.
