b° future festival für konstruktiven Dialog und Journalismus
In the organizer's words:
How can we start talking to one another again—despite differing opinions, social tensions, and heated debates?
That’s exactly what the b° future festival is all about. On October 2 and 3, 2026, Bonn’s city center will once again become an open hub for encounters, exchange, and new perspectives. Here, citizens will engage in conversation with media professionals—on equal footing and right in the heart of the city—for example, in the large dialogue tent on Münsterplatz.
Look forward to inspiring discussions, surprising perspectives, and exciting insights into the world of media. Experience journalism up close: Become a news anchor yourself at the Haus der Bildung, attend live podcasts on Münsterplatz, or join the discussion on how journalism can serve our society even better.
More than 200 free events invite you to explore, participate, and share your thoughts. Whether young or old, curious or passionate about media—everyone is welcome at the b° future festival.
Our sense of community thrives on listening, discussing, and searching for solutions together.
That’s why the b° future festival invites everyone from Bonn and the surrounding region: Come by, join the discussion, and experience two days full of inspiring encounters.
Free admission.
The full program will be available starting in September.
Price information:
All events on Münsterplatz and at the Haus der Bildung are free of charge. A few events, such as those at eventmanufaktur Bonn, are for trade visitors, take place as part of the trade conference, and require a ticket.
