Because on today's World Baking Day, we're letting Jan Rieg and the duo Tofu & Acid roll out the techno dough and we're sure it's going to rise properly. Jan Rieg is an up-and-coming DJungstar who has been causing a stir and getting people up off their barstools at Pimpernel. His gripping sound moves fluidly between house, indie dance and techno-inspired, yet melodic sounds, often enriched with an experimental touch for that special character.

Tofu & Acid, on the other hand, have often spiced things up in our sound kitchen. Over the past ten years, the Munich-based DJ couple with German, Iranian and Italian roots have made all kinds of hotspots from Amsterdam to Tulum happy and have also made a name for themselves in the kinky party sector. In 2024, Tofu & Acid achieved greater fame with their debut single "Wait for you" on Exit Scam Records and made the fusion of melodic techno with indie dance and vocal sprinkles their trademark. An alienated voice also played a role in their 2025 EP "Eternal body" with remixes by Munich-based JSavant and Steffen Lengler. This track once again demonstrated her dynamic approach and her flair for irresistible grooves. Well then, the stage is yours!
