Barinton Open Air Festival 2024:
Music, fun and community for the whole family!

Dear music lovers and festival fans,

It's that time again! On July 6 and 7, 2024, the Barinton Open Air Festival invites you to an unforgettable weekend full of music, fun and community. From 12 noon to 9 pm on Saturday and from 12 noon to 6 pm on Sunday, you can expect a colorful program that has something for everyone.

Line-up highlights:

Fantastic bands and artists will thrill you with their performances on both days. Look forward to:

• The Barintones: The old-school funk and soul band from Cologne will really heat you up with their unique sound. Find out more

• HopStopBanda: When a Chilean, a Russian, a German and a Tatar meet, the result is a quirky folk mix with Eastern European, South American and Jewish elements, enriched with Balkan grooves. It really puts you in a good mood! Find out more

• Pass da Mic: Their infectious rhythms and catchy melodies are a must for every music fan.

• Wahnschaffe: The alternative pop duo from Cologne consists of Sophia Wahnschaffe and Hanna von Tottleben. Their close human and musical bond makes for impressive performances. Find out more

• Tomé Tivane: The singer-songwriter enchants with his soulful lyrics and melodies. Find out more

• Sebastian Sturm: The German reggae musician brings the sun into your hearts with his sounds. Find out more

• Yaovi Biossé and Yémalo Band: World music from Cologne with Afrobeat, reggae and dancehall influences. Founder and lead singer Yaovi Biosse from Togo sings in several languages (Ewe, French and English) and creates pure joie de vivre together with his band. Learn more

Open jam session:

After the last performance, from 4:30 pm, there will be an open jam session. Everyone is invited to join in. So, bring your instrument and be part of this creative music community!

Family-friendly festival:

The Barinton Open Air Festival is an event for the whole family. In addition to first-class music, there is a varied children's program that will delight the little ones and let the grown-ups relax and enjoy themselves. Grandma and grandpa are also very welcome!
