Baron Crâne & Jovan Stojšin @ Don Worri Concert Sessions

In the organizer's words:

BARON CRÂNE

Since 2014, the Paris-based instrumental trio BARON CRÂNE has displayed boundless inspiration, confidently blending heavy, psychedelic riffs with fusion and noise sounds. Their influences are wild and blend with unsettling ease: progressive, jazz, post-rock, and heavy psychedelic coexist in a harmonious blend. They leave no stone unturned and lend prestige to experimental music.

They last played at WP8 four years ago, and it feels like the dust from that evening has only just settled. We’re all the more excited for their return!

Léo Pinon-Chaby – Guitar
Olivier Pain – Bass
Léo Goizet – Drums

JOVAN STOJŠIN

Jovan Stojšin was born in Belgrade in 1973 and grew up in Düsseldorf. Influenced by hardcore punk and the DIY culture of the late ’80s, he taught himself to play guitar and co-founded the noise-rock band alan metzger. He later played in various Düsseldorf-based bands, including the experimental pop band Fuschimuschi in the late ’90s and, since 2001, the German punk band Oiro, with whom he has released several albums.
Since 2015, he has also been performing his instrumental solo guitar program, which is primarily based on fingerpicking styles, which he expands with psychedelic and experimental elements.
