We move mindfully and with nature! We also climb trees. Every tree is different! There is also movement on the ground in front of and around them, always creative, explorative and collaborative.
The focus is on the experience and mindful interaction with you and nature. You can go as far (and as high) as you feel comfortable without feeling forced. Everyone stands up for themselves. Sometimes it's braver to do without than to do something unintentionally.
