In this typical Bavarian baking course in Munich, you will learn how to make your own pretzels just like the baker does - with everything that goes with it: kneading the dough, twisting the pretzels, lyeing and baking. Afterwards, it's time to get cozy: we celebrate Bavarian conviviality with a traditional Bavarian snack and a cool drink.

Procedure:

• Prepare the pretzel dough & leave the dough to rest
• Shape pretzels, lye & bake in the oven until golden brown
• Serve the snack
• Enjoy pretzels & snack incl. vegetables, sausage & cheese specialties & drink
• Cozy get-together at the end
