In the organizer's words:
BE N!CE is a London-based punk band
who have spent just over three years establishing themselves as one of the UK’s most compelling live acts—and they’re just getting started. Formed in late 2022, the four-piece has built its reputation show by show, driven by a DIY ethos, an anything-goes attitude, and music that balances absurdist humor with genuinely biting social commentary.
Their genre-bending debut EP, *WHERE AM I?*, established them as a band with something to say and the charisma to make people listen. Loud Women called them “unbridled, vivacious 21st-century punk” at the sold-out EP release show; ThePunkSite gave it five stars; RTE came calling. The record explores personal struggle, social injustice, and the sheer absurdity of modern life—and does so without ever taking itself too seriously.
Consisting of Pol Mills (vocals, they/them), Emily Harris (bass, she/her), Alex McIntosh (drums, he/him), and Brett Lee (guitar, he/him), BE N!CE have undeniable chemistry on stage. Over 80 shows across England, Germany, and Belgium have honed them into a tight, explosive unit—but one that still feels spontaneous and utterly alive on stage. They’ve been shortlisted for Kerrang’s 2025 The Deal and competed in No Sleep Til Hellfest 2024. In 2025, they played the Loud Women Festival and the Attitude Festival; in April 2026, they opened the main stage at the Manchester Punk Festival for a crowd of 300–400—the most high-profile set of their career to date.
Rebellion Festival, Bearded Theory, Beware The Banshees in Utrecht, and more are still on the horizon for them this summer.
Now BE N!CE are embarking on a new chapter. Their new single, “GREEN BURIAL”—the first taste of their upcoming EP, due this September—is one of their most ambitious tracks to date: an eco-conscious punk riot with elements of nu-metal and alt-rock, built around a satirical and darkly funny premise.
With a summer of festivals ahead, a UK and European tour in the works, and an EP that promises to push their sound further than ever, they’re proving that the best is still to come.
