It begins with the first Sunday of Advent and doesn’t truly end until New Year’s morning at the traditional hangover breakfast.
Hämmerle knows just how crafty you have to be to get your own black Christmas tree right in the Black Forest. He knows that homemade fireworks can be a blast. And, actually, he also knows how to keep your relatives at a permanent distance during this time.
However, he isn’t particularly successful with this strategy himself.
Because when Uncle Hubert and Aunt Evi—along with their entourage—show up at his place with several of these characters in tow, even the worldly-wise Bempflinger finds himself facing quite a few problems.
