BETTY'S BLACK PEARL auf dem HOEG City Sommer Fest 2026

Unbelievable, but true: Betty's Black Pearl is taking over the Domshof in Bremen on 21.06.2026!

As part of the HOEG CITY SOMMER FEST 2026, we will be playing on the big stage and invite you to a musical journey around the world from 13:00 - without a passport, but with lots of good music, good humor and culinary surprises.

Our EAST AFRICAN AFROFUSION CREW with Kamzola, Blessing Akelo and DJ Ras Qulah will kick things off at 13:00. Look forward to a rousing mix of African traditionals, reggae and gospel. If you're not at least tapping your foot, you should check your pulse just in case.

At 14:00, the GREEN BLUES BAND will take over the baton and whisk you away directly from the Domshof to the Mississippi Delta and on to Chicago. Blues fans will get their money's worth here.

Things get jazzy from 15:00: ALISON DEGBE & BOYKE DETTMERS SEXTETT open the door to the fascinating world of jazz and show that musical sophistication doesn't have to be dry.

At 16:00, the time machine is turned up a little louder: TOM TOXIC AND THE POISON JERRYS serve up an explosive mix of rock'n'roll, rockabilly, psychobilly and a generous pinch of madness.

From 17:00, ROCKSTEW will storm the stage and present a rock cover menu that is spicy, banging and guaranteed not to put you on a diet.

The crowning glory of our musical journey will be provided by our house and court DJ ESTHETIC DEE JAY from 18:00. The Afrobeat master from Bremen will transform the Domshof into a huge dancefloor and provide you with Afrobeats, R'n'B, Reggae, Dancehall and Amapiano until your feet glow.

Of course, nobody should go home hungry. We have also prepared something culinary. All we can say is: SAMOSAS & TUSKER!

So come along, bring friends, family, neighbors and even that person who always claims they can't dance. In the end, they do dance.
