In this course, you can discover fencing as an elegant yet dynamic martial art. The focus is on speed, precision, and tactical skill. At the same time, you’ll develop coordination, reaction time, and agility. Fencing challenges both your body and your concentration equally and offers a versatile full-body workout that can improve your fitness, focus, and well-being.
Important Information: Participation in the exercise sessions is voluntary and at your own risk. Compliance with the “Bewegt im Park” Code of Conduct is also required.
Please bring: a water bottle.
