Bewegt im Park: Ultimate Frisbee Teamspiel

In this course, you’ll learn the basics of Ultimate Frisbee as a dynamic team sport. The focus is on understanding the game, throwing technique, tactical plays, and, above all, the joy of playing together. Practice takes place in game-like situations and match formats, so that technique and team play are taught in a practical way.

Important Information: Participation in the exercise sessions is voluntary and at your own risk. Compliance with the “Bewegt im Park” Code of Conduct is also required.

Please bring: a water bottle, comfortable athletic clothing, and athletic shoes.
