The four-piece band from Cologne has been around since 2017. "bilats" play funky indie pop, but are not afraid to switch genres from time to time. The lyrics, sometimes in English, sometimes in German, are about stories that happen in everyday madness. It's about love, break-ups, banal annoyances and niceties, about finding and maintaining balance in life. The band's performances are always different and always beautiful. The band is bursting with energy. What does that lead to? To movement, dance and ecstasy. Don't miss it.
bilats will be playing at this year's Hoffest at Petershof, which runs from 12-21 hrs. The first artists play from 5 pm. After the bilats, Venja will play for you.
