Bilk Bewegt: Aktiver Sommerauftakt mit Kletterturm, Skaterampe, BMX-Shows und Tanzworkshops in den Düsseldorf Arcaden

The sun comes out and Bilk gets moving - on June 12 and 13 around the Düsseldorf Arcaden. BILK BEWEGT combines music, sport and dance in an action-packed program. Both in the shopping center and on the forecourt, there will be hands-on activities for the whole family and the opportunity to watch BMX athletes perform spectacular tricks live. On Saturday, there will also be a stamp campaign as part of the street festival on Friedrichstraße.

Summery DJ beats will get Bilk dancing on Friday, June 12 from 2 to 7 p.m. and on Saturday, June 13 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in front of the Düsseldorf Arcaden. Get active on the open-air dance floor: Versatile dance shows and workshops invite you to marvel at and try out numerous dance styles. From discofox and salsa to hip-hop, line dancing and urban dance - there is something for every taste. Thanks to a steep climbing tower and a skate ramp, the forecourt of the center becomes an exercise zone: those looking for a thrill can climb the five-meter-high tower or take their own mountain bike, skateboard or rollerblades for a speedy spin on the skate ramp.

Action in the arcades
There is also a wide range of activities inside the shopping center. On the upper floor in front of Deichmann, an XXL table football table offers the chance to test your strength, while in the basement opposite dm-drogerie markt, a slackline area puts balance and skill to the test. On the first floor in front of New Yorker, young guests can transform themselves with face painting.

BMX show and stamp campaign on Saturday
Saturday, June 13, has further sporting highlights in store: At 1, 4 and 6 p.m., professional BMX riders will thrill visitors with a spectacular bike show on the forecourt. You can also rediscover the district during the stamp campaign: On Friedrichstraße and in the Düsseldorf Arcaden - at the customer information desk and at the climbing tower - guests will find several stamps and will be rewarded with a small gift at the Friedrichs stand if they can show a complete collection.
