Billy Strings

Michigan native and now Nashville resident Billy Strings is a GRAMMY Award-winning singer, songwriter and musician who has emerged on the scene as "one of string music's most dynamic young stars" (Rolling Stone). Billy Strings' 2022 tour coincides with the release of Strings' acclaimed new album Renewal, out now via Rounder Records. On the album's 16 tracks, Strings shares a more personal and honest perspective through his songwriting while incorporating his diverse influences with elements of bluegrass, classic rock, metal, psychedelic music and more.

He was awarded Best Bluegrass Album at the 63rd GRAMMY Awards, Artist of the Year at the 2022 Americana Music Awards, Entertainer of the Year and Song of the Year at the 2022 IBMA Awards, Best New Headliner (all genres) at the 2022 Pollstar Awards, Entertainer of the Year and Guitarist of the Year at the 2021 IBMA Awards in addition to countless sold-out concerts and direct appearances at Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, JazzFest, etc.

Billy Strings' latest album, Me/And/Dad, was released on November 18, 2022 via Rounder Records - his first with his father Terry Barber. The album is the result of a long-standing dream and features new versions of fourteen bluegrass and country classics that the two have been playing together since Strings was a young child.
