Through dance, you can set yourself in motion,
foster your self-expression,
let your emotions flow,
and connect with your inner self.
Biodanza has a strengthening and revitalizing effect, reduces stress and
tension, and can deeply nourish and harmonize you.
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring something to drink.
