Kosh, Marie Montexier, Roman Flügel and Sam Goku form our winning quartet tonight and will smoothly sail along the glistening stream of contemporary dance music and cover a wide range of ground from idiosyncratic grooves, trippy and dubby House & Techno to sleek Breakbeats.
Albeit being born in Casablanca, it's the US dance music, especially Detroit, that has shaped Kosh's music over the years. His livesets are trippy and emotive: expect an animate musical journey with weighty baselines, pounding electro grooves, boisterous breaks and sleek techno, with tightly polished and refined edges. His more than fifteen years of studio experience pay off well!
The ever-chameleonic style of German veteran Roman Flügel traverses House and Techno with it's many layers of abstraction. Stomping or silky, he's marries savant perspectives with a curious and sanguine playfulness and is one of those legends that just won't stop giving, time after time.
Marie Montexier has just recently been appointed as one of her former home-state Northrhine-westfalia's outstanding artists and it's not hard to see why. Whether it's her consistent and fascinating playing or the work on her Paryìa imprint or Précey collective and event series, both focused on highlighting thrilling Flinta*-perspectives on dance music, Marie Montexier has raced to front the Germany's Post-Pandemic scene for all the right reasons. Make sure you arrive early for a trip into Sam Goku's multifaceted music world.
The highly skilled local plays Techno, House, Bass Breaks & IDM with a truly unique twist, that's just as psychedlic, delicate and driving as well as irresistibly funky. Essential dancing.
