A Different Kind of Market Day: In this class, we’ll grab our pruning shears and head out together to find the most beautiful flowers for your very own bouquet.
We’ll start in front of the Fyal, where I’ll briefly walk you through the most important basics—from technique to the key questions to ask when buying flowers.
Then we’ll head to the market, just a few steps away: Here, you’ll browse at your leisure and put together your bouquet according to your own taste; I’ll be there the whole time to answer questions and offer tips.
Back at the Fyal, I’ll demonstrate the technique step by step using my own bouquet and also share tips on how to keep it fresh for as long as possible.

You’ll pay for the flowers directly at the market; I’ll buy the greenery—like eucalyptus or pistachio—for everyone. Please also bring a pair of rose shears or a knife.
