BREATHWORK - Get out of the inner sprint

You function. You perform. You manage

• constantly available (WhatsApp, emails, everything at the same time)
• Always on the next thought or project
• achieve a lot, react a lot
• rarely really come to rest

It's like a constant, internal sprint.

But at some point, many people realize: They have lost sight of themselves. Your mind can't rest and you wait for the next vacation to finally take a deep breath.

The truth is - you don't need a vacation to take a deep breath. You need a reset for your everyday life.

These 2.5 hours will be a reset for you that you didn't know existed.

In these 40-60 minutes of connected breathing, something happens that vacations and meditation are often not enough for: Fresh energy flows into your body and through this you not only gain clarity and life energy, but also pent-up emotions and energy start to flow and there is more space inside you for the things you really want.

You go home with more clarity and inner peace than you get with vacation days.

It is an intensive session, but no previous experience is necessary. All you need is a willingness to experience the real power of your breath.

10:45: Arrival
11:00: Welcome + Intro to Breathwork
11:30 - 12:30: Breathwork Journey
12:30 - 13:00: Sharing Circle & Integration
13:15 - Winding down.

When? Sat. June 13th 11:00 a.m.

Where? Yoga room in the Himmelgeisterstraße (address after booking)
