What you can expect:
In addition to a few everyday breathing techniques, we will also get to know transformative breathing, which requires a little preparation and background knowledge.
Holosomatic Breathwork is deep breathing work that allows you to reconnect with your body. "Holo" stands for wholeness and "soma" for the body. Through consciously guided breathing, emotional blockages can be released and deep access to your inner self can be created.
