Brilliant Soul X: Soul music from the 6ties up to today all in one room

The BRILLIANT SOUL Allnighter has been taking place in Frankfurt since 2010 - and Terry Jones has been there right from the start. This time too - but this time with female support: Malayka Erpen will be on the turntables. Terry Jones has been a DJ since 1969 - and is one of the most sought-after modern soul DJs in Europe. TJ, as his fans affectionately call him, knows how to fascinate his audience from start to finish. And not just with his music, no, his charming announcements on the microphone also promise entertainment at the highest level. Malayka Erpen is a co-founder of the SoulShakers Bamberg Weekender, which has been taking place since 2002. The globetrotter regularly performs with the internationally renowned Beirut Groove Collective in London and Beirut. With a penchant for the sounds of the 70s, 80s, soul, jazz, island funk and boogie, Malayka has played her records at great soul events everywhere from the USA to Japan. The two co-organizers, DJs and Frankfurt local heroes and creators of the legendary UPTIGHT - The Frankfurt Soul Weekend - Andreas "Atze" Knauf and Matthias "Weller" Westerweller complete the line-up as always.
