After an impressive tour through ten cities and the remarkable chart placement at number 49 with the album "Versuchen & Scheitern" in October 2023, BRUNKE has found a solid sound. He remains true to his do-it-yourself approach and founded his own label, BRUNKE RECORDS, which is distributed by Sony Music Germany.

This independence gives him the freedom to determine his own musical path. "Wachstumsschmerz" marks another step in BRUNKE's artistic development. With sincere lyrics and a unique, honest and organic sound, BRUNKE shows his most mature artistic vision.

Wachstumsschmerz is woven through melodies and is already creating an emotional connection with his loyal fan base on social media. The song was co-written with Jens Schneider, introducing a new collaborative dimension to BRUNKE's work.

"Wachstumsschmerz" is the first herald of a five-song EP to be released in May/June, which will be released on a monthly basis - always on the first Friday of the month. This EP will once again be offered as an exclusive bundle, which BRUNKE has directed in every creative respect.

This EP was created by the sea, where BRUNKE is able to free himself from the urban hustle and bustle and create a fresh, summery indie sound. The decision to leave the city not only symbolizes the search for musical freedom and inspiration, but also contributed to this authentic creative process.
