For our next book club, we're combining reading with cupping - together with OBSIRA.

OBSIRA is a micro-roastery in Bremen - focused on unique specialty coffees in small batches, transparent and with a fine sense of balance. The Coffee Lab creates space for exchange, sensory work and thus exactly what our book club is all about: conscious perception.

This is exactly where we start:

When cupping, we taste several coffees under the same conditions, consciously compare them and discover how different coffee can taste.

It's not about right or wrong - it's about perception and the dialog between text and taste.
