What is the best remedy for stress? Psychologist René Träder recommends that we understand the evolutionary principle behind stress and use our stress constructively instead of just suffering it. In his new book "Superpower instead of superstress - 7 steps out of the stress spiral", he writes that stress is there to get rid of stress. In other words, our body puts us in a state where we are able to act so that we can tackle the problem and the tension subsides. So in the short term, stress is a superpower, but in the long term it is one of the biggest threats to health.
During the event, René Träder will not only read from his book, but also present small impulses and exercises that help us to better recognize how stress works (for us individually) and, above all, how we can reduce it in good time and ensure that it does not become a permanent condition.
