Burak Özdemir & Musica Sequenza "INFERNO"

With "INFERNO", the members of Musica Sequenza take their audience into Dante Alighieri's legendary hell - as a fascinating symbiosis of music and movement. Masterpieces from the Italian Renaissance and early Baroque merge with choreographed scenes to create an emotionally gripping concert performance. Works by Francesco Cavalli, Carlo Gesualdo, Sigismondo d'India and Girolamo Frescobaldi are performed, crowned by music by the incomparable Claudio Monteverdi.

The journey follows three powerful stages: Descent, confrontation and return to the light. Sound, body and space combine to create an atmospheric, captivating experience that takes the audience deep into musical hell and back to the light.
